How we use it and our lawful basis

  • To respond to your enquiry and take steps at your request before entering into a contract (contract, or our legitimate interests in responding to business enquiries).
  • To send you the intelligence brief, where you have subscribed (consent). You can withdraw consent at any time using the unsubscribe link in each email or by contacting us.
  • To keep records of our business communications and meet legal obligations (legal obligation and legitimate interests).

Who we share it with

We do not sell your personal data. We share it only with service providers who help us run our business, such as our email provider, website host and mailing service, under contracts that require them to protect it. We may also disclose it where required by law.

Enquiry forms on this website are processed by Web3Forms solely to deliver your message to us. Web3Forms acts as our processor for that purpose.

International transfers

Some of our service providers may process data outside the UK. Where this happens, we make sure appropriate safeguards are in place, such as UK adequacy regulations or the International Data Transfer Agreement.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry records for as long as needed to deal with your enquiry and for a reasonable period afterwards. Subscriber details are kept until you unsubscribe.

Cookies

This website does not use advertising or analytics cookies. Fonts and images are served from our own website. If this changes, we will update this policy and ask for your consent where required.

Your rights

Under UK data protection law you have the right to access your personal data, to have it corrected or erased, to restrict or object to its processing, to data portability, and to withdraw consent at any time. To exercise any of these rights, email [email protected].

Complaints

If you are unhappy with how we have handled your data, please contact us first. You also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk.
